We have a 300 ton Komatsu press, very big and heavy machine. Solid Hook laid it down, transported it and installed it at the new location. We brought Solid Hook in to relocate a five-axis CNC and two support units across our Brampton plant. What stood out was the front end — they walked the route before quoting, flagged a door clearance issue we’d missed, and the number they gave us held. Crew showed up when they said, WSIB paperwork and insurance were sorted before anyone touched a machine. They skated the CNC without a scratch, re-leveled it on the pads, and had us back running a half-day ahead of what we’d budgeted. No surprises on the invoice. Foreman kept us in the loop the whole day. Would use them again.
