Shoutout to Varun - Very professional, takes care of your cargo like it is his, he is personally invested in doing right by the customer which was clear from the way he worked. Most importantly - Solid Hook showed up in less than 2hours in a middle of a snowstorm in Mid-January 2026 and handled everything as if there was no snow storm. He did not inflate his service charges after showing up and seeing the amount of work. Please see pictures to show that this guy was working in a middle of a relentless snow storm into the evening.
